In-Depth Overview – What Is BLUESEA Corralejo Village Really Like?

BLUESEA Corralejo Village is the best choice in this group for families who want to be part of the resort rather than enclosed inside a large hotel complex. It sits only around 100 metres from Corralejo centre, roughly 350–400 metres from the beach and around 650 metres from Acua Water Park. That makes it very different from the remote Jandía resorts: you can walk out after dinner and immediately have shops, cafés and the town around you.

The hotel has around 130 rooms, so it is considerably smaller than Occidental Jandía Mar or LIVVO Jandía Golf. Rooms have an open-plan feel with balcony or terrace, and family configurations are available. The smaller scale can make the holiday feel easier to navigate with children because the pool, restaurant and rooms are not spread across a huge resort estate.

The pool area is simple but family-friendly: one large outdoor pool and a separate shallow children’s pool. There is no major onsite waterpark, so families whose priority is slides should look elsewhere. The advantage is that Acua Water Park is nearby, meaning you can have a dedicated waterpark day without choosing a hotel dominated by slides for the entire holiday.

The children’s programme includes mini club activities, playground time and mini disco, while adults have the gym and a spa/wellness area at extra charge. Sports such as table tennis and multipurpose-court games add simple daytime options. Because Corralejo itself has so much going on, the hotel does not need to provide every hour of entertainment.

Dining centres on one buffet restaurant plus two bars. That is enough for a straightforward All Inclusive stay but will not offer the variety of a multi-restaurant resort. This is less of an issue here than at an isolated hotel because Corralejo has a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance if you want an evening outside the All Inclusive routine.

The real selling point is what is outside the gate: Corralejo’s beaches, harbour, Acua Water Park, the dunes of Corralejo Natural Park and ferries to Lobos Island. Choose BLUESEA Corralejo Village for location, flexibility and walkability. Choose a Jandía resort instead if you want a large self-contained complex with more elaborate pools and family facilities.
