Standard rooms are around 28 m² with furnished balcony or terrace; pool- and ocean-view versions use the same basic footprint. Junior suites are around 45 m². Preferred Club suites add access to a private lounge, concierge service and enhanced amenities.
The main outdoor pool is heated and has two waterfalls. Children have a separate heated pool. Balinese beds are also available, sometimes with an additional charge.

Activities include aqua gym, Aqua Zumba, dance, mobility and cardio classes. Spa treatments use Natura Bissé products, and special golf rates are available at selected courses.

Explorer’s Kids Club serves ages 4–12 with supervised creative and exploration activities, while Core Zone is for teenagers aged 13–17. The separate heated children’s pool and family-suitable room categories support the clubs.
